Okay, so I was watching tv and a commercial for this “latisse” stuff that grows your eyelashes came on. I’m am quite confused at this. In the ad it said this is for “inadequate” lashes. WTF does that mean? Can someone please define “inadequate lashes” for me? Is there a certain number of lash hairs I am supposed to have? Does the width of each lash matter?...
